Is The Birthplace of Bob Dylan
written:
6th September 2004, By Clay
Duluth, Minnesota
we are as north Mid West as you get
almost
kind of
this is the birthplace of Bob Dylan
i think he died here too
it stinks
tell a lie
it smells beautiful actually
and Bob isnt dead anyway
to tell you the truth im not even
sure that he was born here
what an absolute load of shit
sorry
anyway
we just finished our last gig of our
first leg of the USA tour
and wasnt it a cracker
Madison, Wisconsin
Des Moines, Iowa
Minneapolis, Minnesota
St. Johns University, Minnesota
and Duluth, Minnesota
madness
a couple of em were Uni gigs
universities rule
after this band dies
im gonna open one in Avalon
the uni kids can party thats for sure
Madison Uni is the best in the world
(maybe)
ive never seen a town built purely
on the foundations of studies, sex
and
beer
what a fantastic concept
Des Moines was cool
didnt see Slipknot though
i did manage to catch Soulfly in Madison
sickness
Minneapolis always rocks
St. Johns was bizarre, frat parties
rule
and Duluth was mellow
it was perfect
we`ve got a big day tomorrow so a
mellow gig was a good call
the Mid West in the
summer
its absolute joy
its good in the winter too but it
was nice to check it out without freezing
to death
i think we`ve found another home
its a long way from the waves
but theres always fun to be had out
here
having said that
by 6 tomorrow night we`ll be in California
waves, Mexican beauties and plastic
surgery
the 3 things that shape my soul
ahhhhh!!!
i cant wait
Doonz
i promise i`ll bring you back an implant
to touch
grouse
alright y`all
im off to watch Elimidate and Cops
on cable TV
speak soon
